This I feel is a major issue with the Netsuite platform. There has to be an effective way of communicating changes and fixes that impact users on daily basis. For instance, there were a number of changes made to Netsuite with v11 and with the maintenance upgrade soon after that impacted our company. The way taxes were calculated, how item names appear in the shopping cart, and the latest one to effect me - in order to csv import updates to matrix items you need to specify an account. Urhh..
