Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

UI problems deleting custom CRM record
I'm seeing odd behavior in NetSuite when deleting custom CRM records through the UI. Instead of deleting the record as expected, it blanks the record's fields out and leaves the record (now empty of data) still attached and in existence.
The first time I saw this happen I thought it was something I did. But I've been able to reproduce the problem several times now.
Scenario: We have a custom tab on our customer records that displays a custom CRM record (effectively purchase history data).
How to repeat it: Enter a customer record that already has a custom CRM record attached. Switch to the custom subtab. Click the 'Edit' link on the CRM record. Click the 'Delete' button on the CRM record and return to the customer record screen. Click the custom subtab and you'll be presented with a blank custom CRM record, along with 'Edit' and 'Remove' links.
