Can't take orders or process credit cards

It says "Reason: Host not available"  when we try to bill a SO and collect the credit card payment.  Customers have also emailed us saying they can't enter orders because they get a "Host not available" error when attempting to complete their online order.

I looked on VeriSign's web site and didn't see any reports of problems.  Is this a merchant bank issue or a NS issue?
