Cannot Enable Commission Feature.

Hi there,

We have the full version of NS but cannot enable the commission feature.

According to the knowledgebase one enables commissions like so:

Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
Click on the Sales Transactions tab.
Check the box for Commissions.
Click Save.

This check box does not exist on our account. We have a UK based account.

Have submitted a case months ago, but can't afford to wait until 2008 for a reply

Any ideas would be very much appreacited
