PayPal issues today
We got an order with payment information of...
Payment Method = PayPal
PayPal Status = NULL
PayPal Tran. ID = NULL
Those settings usually indicate an order where the customer did NOT complete the PayPal process. We emailed the customer and said "You entered a order and didn't complete the PayPal process, do you want to pay by credit card or cancel the order or what...".
The customer said "I completed the transaction and my PayPal transaction ID number is XXXXXXXXXXXXX". They forwarded us the PayPal email. I logged into PayPal and confirmed that they had successfully payed for the order. I returned to NS and it still says...
