Can not disable change email/password in customer centers!
The more I implement, the more disillusioned I become...
You currently can NOT turn on or off 'change email/password' in the customer portal. Called NetSuite support who told me this is an "enhancement" with no specific time frame on release.
This is NOT an enhancement, this is a MAJOR issue and here's why:

First, in case anyone does not know this, if you have a customer who uses the same email address and password for your company as well as other companies who use NetSuite portals, then when they log in, they will see not only your portal(s) BUT THE OTHER COMPANIES PORTALS AS WELL. Wow, what a major customer experience blunder...
