Customer Last Name Dropped from Web -> NS

Customers on our Web site must enter their first and last name in a single field (default for new customers set as "individuals" rather than "company" in NS).

However, Netsuite does not always parse the name from the single Web text field properly, resulting in mis-information being entered into their NS record.

For example, John Joseph Jones III entered into the checkout screen simply does not come into a NS sales order properly. This creates severe problems when we attempt to approve the order because we have to retype info or, in a worse case, call the customer and ask them for their last name.
