Cannot remove an item from Sales Order - says "fulfilled" but it is not
Hello,
I have problems on Sales Orders in Netsuite. Once they are imported into the system it is pain in the neck to change/update any items in there. I don't know what am I doing wrong here:
Step1 - Import Sales Order # 101 into Netsuite (order#101 has 3 items: A, B, and C)
Step 2 - Fulfill item B only (because we cannot fulfill A and C at this moment for some reason, other than technical)
Step 3 - At this point, item B is fulfilled, billed, and shipped. Item A is backordered and item C is commited. Customer says he will not wait for A and C, so we would simply remove those items. I go to Sales Order # 101, Items tab:
