Cannot issue refunds
Starting today we cannot issue a cash refund we keep getting an unexpected error. Any one else having this problem
Along these lines we also have problems with receiving an RMA
We go through the process below.
From cash sale click on authorize a return save it.
Then approve the return save it
Next receive the return and when we try to issue the refund the rma comes up with no items in the return.
When add the items in manually to the rma and it is now no longer associated with the original sale. So what we end up doing is deleting the rma and doing a direct cash refund but this is not working either now.
