Printing Freeze-up after upgrading to IE7

We've been gradually upgrading our employees to IE7. 5 are successfully working in IE7, but one user is having trouble printing reports. She clicks the print button at the bottom right side of screen and gets a printing message in the center of her screen -- this should go away quickly and print dialogue box should appear, but it just gets stuck. Printing does work on her computer if she prints using the File>Print or ctrl+P method, just not when she uses the NS Print button on the report page.
There also appears an IE error symbol in bottom left side of browser window. When I click that I get a box describing the error. It describes the error as:
