Customer Support Access
I have been trying in vain to contact customer/technical support. I have tried the phone number supplied 1-650-522-1515, and have waited longer than an hour on a number of occassions before hanging up (as I cannot tie up my phone line for such extended periods of time). I have submitted cases online, and the only response thus far is the automated reply with a case number. I currently have a couple cases open for 2 & 3 weeks with no reply, and these are both urgent/material issues.Has anyone come accross an alternate means of reaching customer/technical support other than the
