Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Transaction item options .. new bug in defaulting?
NEW BUG:
Make a transaction item option called "colors"
Set color choice list = red, green, blue, black, white, yellow
Make two different matrix items that use these "color" options.
Matrix Item 1 uses colors = red, green, blue
Matrix Item 2 uses colors = black, white, yellow
Now, I set the "transaction item option" to default to RED.
I go to our web-store and BOTH items show red as the default, but if you hit add to cart on the 2nd item ...it says "that option not available". It used to only default the items that actually HAD that item option available in it's matrix and any others would default to "null". So, in the above example ...item one would default to RED and and item two would default to null! Now it just shows our customers options that they can't purchase!
