CyberSource / NS problems today
We have had two weird CyberSource problems today.
The first error was "value not specified for cardholder's city".
Fix = adjust address to upper case. In the NS "sales order" we had his address something like:
Bob Smith
Accounting Office
218 Main Street
Pleasantville, NC 12345
Payment failed.
We changed billing address to:
BOB SMITH
218 MAIN STREET
PLEASANTVILLE, NC 12345
So, we removed "Accounting Office" and changed it all to upper case. Then it worked. Weird!

Second problem "error 102 .. call NetSuite" when attempting to bill a credit card.
Solution: Edit the SO and click on "approve" in the credit card billing area on the SO. Retry and it works.
