Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Item Search - Not Working Anymore
If I try to do a search for an item, say that has "belt" in the description, I used to be able to put Description = Any = Belt and it would return all items with belt in the description, active or inactive. Ditto Name = either the item number or the first few letters of the item number and it would return all that matched the query.
NOW (after the weekend's disastrous whatever that mess was yesterday) I put in Name = Any = first 2 letters, it flips ANY over to HAS KEYWORDS, and returns nothing. So I change it back to ANY after I put in the criteria, and it returns EVERYTHING. ALL items. Same thing happens in the description area. This is highly highly frustrating and annoying (to go along with the frustrating and annoying SLOW system response which we experience all the time)
