Embarrassing Email Campaign Failure
Hi everyone,
We sent out an email campaign and we received many complaints about there being no message. In this mailing, the template consisted of only a single image in a link tag.
The template tests OK when I email it to myself.
And the image is available without a login.
It's pretty crummy that this message was sent to all of our customers.
I will file a case, but I'd appreciate comments. I'd like to know if it's an error on our part or Netsuite. It could be that we need to stop using NS for email marketing if this is a reoccurring problem.
