Support is simply not there.
I've been waiting for over 60 minutes for someone to answer my support call, the sad thing is...once I present my issue (which isn't a 101 question) I will surely be waiting for another 30+ minutes while they research the issue, then they will say they will call me back....and that should be the complete lifeline of my issue.
I can't take this crap...it's totally unacceptable and they are making me pay for this!
What about all the lost money while I am just "holding"?
