Error with Promotion Codes
Hi there,
we created a promotion code for a campaign that was sent out yesterday.
When we create a sales order, and select that promotion code, the sales order errors out. It doesn't allow us to add any items to the order (when we hit ADD, nothing is added). When we click save, it says an unexpected error has occured.
When I deselect the promotion code, then the sales order works.
When I deslect the promotion code but select a discount rate-- that works too.
THis is ONLY with the promotion code.
It also appears that the promotion code is working with the webstore, because we have got online orders that have used the code, it's just when we enter it form the back end.
