Pick Ticket/Back Order Problem
We have some items on order that will be arriving later on this year. Our inventory shows that these items are not in stock. We have some orders in Netsuite that been approved with some of these items on them, and we were thinking they would just come up as back orders like usual. Once the order is in fulfillment it shows these items as back ordered on the sales order, but they show up on the pick ticket so it's confusing our warehouse. Any ideas why this would happen and a solution? Thanks.
