NetSuite email marketing is considered spam
Hello and welcome
We have has several reports from customers that for the past 3 or 4 weeks our email campaigns are landing directly into their junk or spam inboxes. This is obviously not good.
Has something changed recently with the server used to send these emails. We are in Australia and NetSuite are based in the US. Is this one possibilty? Our sales have dropped dramatically over this same time period.
