Customicable Inventory Adustment Worksheet

Greetings,
I need to adjust a major amount of inventory quantities.  When I goto my Inventory Adjustment worksheet....there are options to add filters but not to take any away?  Currently, if I want to find a item, I have to goto a HUGE drop down list with just numbers?  Why is this sheet not customizable in this regard??  This makes no sense?  Yes, I can adjust inventory by searching for eatch item ..................... but this takes forever?
Again, another issue in Netsuite thats causing my tons of time.
