Issue 123489: Bulk Fulfillment and Invoicing Fail when Using External ID's
Hello Everyone,
I have just noticed a new bug that I presume is system-wide. We use external id's when we push our transactions into Netsuite to ensure no double duplication. This has been working great, but I now realize that we are unable to Bulk Fulfill as well as Bulk Invoice if we use this critical field. After calling support, I was able to figure out that it deals directly with the "External ID" field since it is the field name that comes in with the error.
