Report Scheduler

Has anyone managed to use the report scheduler with consistent satisfactory results?

I have reports coming out at various times of the day (not much good for trying to time a report to be on your desk at 9am).

I have reports coming out on days there were not scheduled for.

This tool could be really useful,  but basic issues like this affect the credibility of the software.

Any comments on your experiences would be useful.
