Metavante
Is anyone having problems with Metavante?
Yesterday we tried paying bills & it said to try again later. When we tried this morning, the Bills stated that they were awaiting Approval, BUT on the Approval screen it said that they were paid by Metavante, BUT we got an error from Metavante stating to try again later.
Now when we try to pay them it states "A payment with the same amount and date already exists for this payee, BUT when you click on the Bill it shows they're Waiting for Bill Pay Approval.
Any suggestions on how we can get these paid OR are they paid, if so how do I get the BP # and how do I update the system that they are paid and NOT Waiting for Bill Pay Approval?
