Items not purchased somehow getting adding to Shopping Cart at Checkout

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:24PM in General 12 comments

Recently we have had customers complaining about unwanted items (as much as $2,000,000 worth!) showing up in their shopping cart when they go to checkout. They can't fix it and just forget about making the online order.

On a smaller scale, I was able to recreate the problem while using the Firefox browser, although it didn't happen every time. One customer deleted his cookies and the problem went away, but I am supposed to hope that every customer will somehow figure this out themselves or contact me for assistance? This is unacceptable to me.

I sincerely hope that there is another way around this though. NetSuite staff, is there anything NetSuite developers can do within NetSuite that will restrict unwanted items saved in cookies from being added in the shopping cart

Howdy, Stranger!
