2007.0 persistent bugs in campaign subscriptions
Hi Ken (as you seem to be doing good work chasing these 2007.0 issues at the moment),
The new subscriptions feature is still badly broken. I submitted some of these problems during the beta and they’re still there... Please can you get someone to sort this area out?
1. Data migration to 2007.0: ‘subscribed’ becomes ‘unsubscribed’. Customers & contacts that were ‘subscribed’ before the upgrade are now unsubscribed for the 5 new subscription categories. They obviously should be subscribed to each of the new categories. (Beta Case 559041 / Issue 123063)
2. Wording on Customer Centre subscriptions form is wrong.
(A) Form reads “remove yourself from our email list by selecting that option below” but ticking the boxes actually ADDS you to the subscription categories. (Beta Case 558534 / “Enhancement” should be ISSUE 122976).
