Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

form customization
I have created some forms, applied at the customer entry level, where there are mandatory fields that must be entered. All the nice little tidbits like terms (to ensure the enforce credit holds works), country (so we can ship integrated with fedex), and child of (so we know what division they belong to).
I have created a customer entry form with all of the "mandatory" stuff, and a standard, pop up form, for quick entry of the leads.
My issue is that I just found that the sales has no idea how to access the "quick" form. I have their role, and I couldn't find it either. When entering a lead, we should be able to enter the utmost basics, they are, after all, a lead. When the lead shifts to customer, I want the fields to become madatory.
