Does anyone have a name/address to write when both customer support & your account manager are unresponsive with regard to resolving an issue generated with the last release on 2/12/07? I lose 20 minutes of waiting time every time I try to drill down general ledger account details, and have been told the problem has been resolved & will be available with the next release in July sometime. This is absolutely unacceptable to us!
Is there a contact in charge of customer service that can be reached? Is there a decision maker available to discuss issues that could directly impact retaining existing customers?
