Combining multiple Netsuite Accounts

We have 2 full Netsuite accounts & 1 Small Business account.  Management is considering combining them into 1 account.  Once done, this would make my life easier, BUT combining them & retaining the history could be tricky.
Has anyone ever done this before or does anyone have any thoughts on the best way to combine the 3 accounts & retain the history.
Any ideas are greatly welcomed.
