v2007 Bank Transfer Failure
Bank Transfer was an area that always worked well.
Today, June 26, 2007, all attempts to make a bank transfer failed - has anyone else seen this problem? This was our first bank transfer efforts in v2007. It is such a basic and simple process that we did not test it in beta.
The symptoms are as follows:
1) the bank balances do not show when you select the accounts to transfer from and transfer to
2) you get an unexpected error message saying to contact customer support when you click on save
Without bank transfer, it is more challenging to reconcile bank statements and it is a great hardship.
