Auto Purchase Orders On Kits Not Working Properly
It has been about 6 months since we put in for the following problem...
Items that are standard dropship items work great - customer purchases the item and a PO is automatically created and sent over via email to the correct vendor and has all the proper information.
However, if the dropship item is part of a kit then the purchase order is automatically made and is sent to the proper vendor but here is the kicker...
it says to ship the item directly to our facility instead of the customer's address. Obviously, this causes significant problems and we cannot use our kits like we want.
