Popup blocker prevents 'Open in New Window' option
User cannot open more than one window in Netsuite (right click, Open in New Window) - receive message at bottom that a popup was blocked and second window does not open. Have followed the instructions to allow *.netsuite.com in Int Explorer Privacy settings for popups and have turned off both the Windows Firewall and the Internet Explorer popup blocker.
While signed into Netsuite as Netsuite admin the Open in New Window option worked to open a new window but when signed on as user it does not. User is local admin on PC and has a custom role for Controller (Finance) in Netsuite. User used another PC before today and it worked for him on that PC with same Netsuite role. Please help with any setting changes that we have not tried already or are not aware of. Need to resolve this problem!!
