Inventory adjustment screen shows wrong qty
Hi,
I have an item in the inventory (qty 1) and a recent sales order where the item is committed but not fulfilled. When I go to inventory adjustment screen, it says there is 0 qty of that item. Does Inventory Adjustment screen deduct committed quantities, or is it a bug?
Here is the full description of this case:
1) We had 0 of itemX in our inventory
2) We received an order for itemX
3) We created a PO for 1 itemX
4) We received the PO, so we now have 1 of itemX
5) In sales order, itemX is committed and the status is "Pending Fulfillment"
6) We realized vendor sent us the wrong item, not itemX. PO was wrong, so we needed to adjust the inventory.
