Why do preferences get randomly reset in NetSuite?
Today I went to assign a support case to an employee. They weren't listed as an option. They were listed yesterday. After some investigation, I found that a preference in the user settings (for the missing employee) was unchecked that allowed them to be a support rep. OK, it was checked yesterday and I am the only person with administrative access and I didn't change it. This has happened many times (5 or 6) over the last few years. I'll call netSuite with a new problem and after they look at it with me ...they see a preference that isn't
