Error Saving e-mail messages to NS from Outlook 2003
Since Saturday (we were upgraded Friday), we have been unable to use the button inside Outlook to save a message to NetSuite. It says it is logging in and then comes up with an error that says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." This is happening on each computer and I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Now if I save a message from a customer who's e-mail is on their record, it will pull that up as normal and save. We attach all of our e-faxes and other relevant info to customers
