Customer Center - how can Customers see case activity
I have granted our customers access to the customer center role and they can see a list of case but when they click on the 'Show Activity' button it always says:
"There are no Activities associated with this record"
I have checked and there are considerable activities associated with this record.
What have I configured wrong or is this a known issue?
