S1 Priority For Case 129953 - Anyone Who Has Broken Web Checkout

Hi All,

For anyone whose website currently has errors causing customers to be unable to checkout this problem occurred approximately 7PM EST last night.

Netsuite has this as a top priority and I pray they get it resolved fast as we have not been able to take an order online for the last 13 hours.

So if your customers cannot checkout (you might want to check your site) the case number is 129953.

The current Netsuite work around is to set everything to default which basically makes our website and most company's websites unnavigatible.

Therefore, for now customers can browse our website but cannot purchase online. If it stays like this too long it will take a serious toll on us.
