Error when trying to close open payments....
I am trying to close an open payment from last year in our system and keep getting the error below....
This action cannot be completed because it requires modification of the transaction in a closed period due to foreign exchange variance. You may either open the period for this transaction or use the same rate (1.15)between the transactions that will be linked.
The thing is, we are using the same exchange rate that we used last year in our system (1.15) so I am a bit confused as to why it won't let me apply the open payment. I have done this in the past with old credits with no problems.
