Add FedEx account button not available, Why?
Colleagues, in my setup->account->shipping
I can only see Add UPS account button, and I dont see a Add Fedex account button. I beleive this is a bug (on my previous test account I had both). Does anyone know what to do? Any suggestion?
I have tried to mannually put a link on the corresponding application in the browser (after login)
https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/shipping/fedex/fedexregistration.nl (this doc should be initiated after pressing button "add fedex account" but the system tells me "you do not have access to this page" . That is really strange as i'm using system administration role. it is also strange that i can access the same (by nature) function for UPS, but not for Fedex.
