adding attachments to messages
Today we are suddenly no longer able to access our attachments to send files from a customer record. We have several uploaded documents that we send out to new customers daily, and today we cannot access them to send them out. What happened? The attachments to send folder is not in the drop down list of folders - only the template folders and a few other random folders that we really don't use much. You can't even search for the file, it says it is not found, yet I can find it by going to the documents tab.
Please put this back the way it was or tell me how to access my attachments to send folder.
