- Incorrect KPIs on customer dashboards
What in the world is going on with the customer dashboard?
Profit and Expenses KPIs: these are showing numbers which bear no relationship to reality, and on drilldown they bring up the Income statement report with completely different numbers. [Edit: and in one case, there is a non-zero amount in the current profit KPI, but on drilldown there is "no data" for the report]
Income and Revenue KPIs: The current period amount is showing a negative amount, representing only the Sales Discount amount - and for the previous period! [Edit: my mistake as to the previous period - it was an invoice where the payment, and discount from payment terms, was in the current period, so technically it was in the right period - but was still for an incorrect amount
