can't log in, stuck in change password loop
I can't log in to Netsuite. Here's what happened:
I was unable to log in. I hit the password request button, received an unformatted email with a new password, tryed to log back in to netsuite, received error:
You have entered an invalid email address or password. Please try again.
hit the go back button and problem happens all over again.
resetting the password again doesn't solve, just throws same error.
Can't seem to find a way around this. Customer support wasn't able to resolve. Have tried on Mac and a PC.
