Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Search Keywords Not Working Consistently
Seven weeks ago, we discovered that all of our search keywords for Active Inventory Items were missing. This affected over 650 items on our website, making them impossible to find by using the search box.
We don't know when this happened or how, but they vanished. Ironically, Inactive Items and Kits still had their keywords. We opened a case and waited and waited and waited. Netsuite never clearly documented why this happened, and closed the case 9/13. We thought it happened at our v2007 upgrade, NS says no.
Because these keywords were created pre v2007, they were originally created at the ITEM level ONE AT A TIME. Now, in v2007, I hired someone to recreate all of the keywords and import them via CSV. Now I can see them at the Item Record Level, but THEY DON'T WORK.
