Silver Support User Question
I have a question for those of you with Silver Support
Everytime I call I get the "So What" hold music for no less than 35 minutes and right now I've been waiting to get picked up for over 90 minutes.
Does everyone experience such horrible wait times? Should I start scheduling full day commitments to calling NS Support?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I cannot believe this level of service...especially when I am trying to report on a certified defect in the system.
