Bug : Multi-Location & UPS / Fed Ex Integration
If you have muti-location inventory enabled, and later make all but one location inactive, NetSuite will not enable you to implement UPS or Fed Ex integration.
We've been with NetSuite since the Oracle Small Business Suite days. Years ago, we enabled multi-location inventory for one more location. A year later, we made the first location inactive. Recently, we attempted to enable UPS to get real-time rates. The location drop down box appears, but there is nothing to select. You can complete all the fields, including your UPS account number, and click Submit. Nothing happens.
I have since tried several things, including making the second location active again. Nothing works. We have two other full NetSuite accounts for other businesses, and I have been able to successfully turn on UPS in those accounts to make sure the account number works, etc.
