Forms are crazy
Hi,
I customized my customer, contact and job forms.
So far, contacts and Jobs forms are ok.
I made prefer one of the customize customer forms to my sales reps, another to my Account Managers, i have specific fields for them and info that i don't want them to edit...
The problem is that for some customers the form that i made the prefer will change and what they see is "my form" the one that will allow them to change all the info that is not available for them
I don't understand why some days or something changes the form without changing some permission to employees...is this normal?
