Sales person's tabs are expanded despite box not being checked in preferences
My sales people need a customer view that does not have expanded tabs (sales, marketing etc). We have logged in as them and unchecked the relevant boxes in the "home - set preferences" section - BUT the tabs are still expanded, presenting salespeople with a view of mostly irrelevant information scrolling way down the page. This is not good.
I need to be able to show them a customer view with tabs. When I set these check boxes in my administrator's role it works fine.
