Phone Fields are not working well
Hi All,
I receive an e-mail from one of our managers and she was so upset that her weekly report was having a strange phone number format.
My Customer record has two phone numbers; one is the one that Netsuite has in the default form, the other is a customized one.
The problem is that the phone number format was different from the one that I set up form the general preferences.
I am talking about this format:
(717) 123-4567 (correct one)
US +1 7171234567 Call
US US +1 7171234567 Call Call
In both of the phone fields I had these formats and not for all my customers.
