UPS Declared Values not working
I had originally posted this as an update, but because it was an old post to begin with, maybe it was not being seen as a new post.
We need to have this looked at, but I haven't received any information yet.
Thank you for any help and assistance we can get regarding this matter.

When I first asked on the User Group board for a NetSuite Employee to check to see if a Declared Value had been filed on a fulfillment of a particular package (there was a UPS claim filed), I was told that it appeared we did not "Declare Value". We took that at face value and accepted it may have been overlooked on our part.
