Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Mass update not working
I am attempting to mass update a custom field set on only one parameter of the type of item (inventory). I am placing the value of "1" in the field I'm updating, but I'm getting this error every time I try to do the mass update.
Your mass update failed to complete for 3445 records: The string "Large Leather and Pewter MLB Key Ring - Philadelphia Phillies" contained more than the maximum number of characters allowed.
The String that it's returning seems to be the name of one of the items, which is declared no where in the update. I tried doing several different mass updates with different searches, but all come back with an error such as this one but a different string. The String that's in the name field isn't too long for the field, so this is really puzzling.
