Second Market

My company will open a second market in the US and probably in this new market will have a second Payor.
Our business is service oriented and we don't get pay by our customers.
Our data base for now is simple since we have one market one payor.
I have been asked to start testing...I read about the partners and i try to add a partner but somehow i am not able to do it.
I read the help guide and it seems that i am missing something.
The easy option is to create a custom field where i can select the market but i believe that Netsuite has an option for companies like mine.
